I made this Icon for the Zica SuperCharger in Arcade Mode Style: I know you can buy the Zica SuperCharger only in Full Game Mode, but I just wanted to give it a pick-up anyway.

Just a note in passing... if memory serves, it wouldn't be too hard to make use of this assuming you had a good tool to import it into the right graphics file - the powerup data is fairly flexible (at least for arcade weapon type ones), so an arcade mode powerup that gives the Zica Supercharger should be cake providing you can edit powerups at all.

That is true, but I believe it might mess things up in 2-player mode, since you can get the Zica SuperCharger with player 2 if you grab 3 times the Charge Cannon in a row.

You can write a level script to not drop the powerup in 2player mode, I believe - I -think- a conditional exists for that. Or if you could somehow patch the .exe, the data for handling multiple sidekick weapon pickups and the rear weapon charge function is there I believe - it would be fairly easy to add to if you could only expand the tables, or you could replace existing weapons...
Oh, and I'm pretty sure problems wouldn't occur just because it's already available in that context - the problem would be there not being a table of what to give the player when you pick up a 2nd or 3rd zica sidekick powerup in 2 player.

Okay... but what's the program to do that with?

For which? Levelscripting is only handled by unreleased programs for the present, I believe. Enemy/Powerup editing... not sure, tyrhack maybe? Dunno if it handles those. There are unreleased programs I'm sure do.
