Problem with Game speed

hello, is that I am a big fan of this game, and I feel happy after so many years, playing them again. Turns out I'm a bit noob with the theme of the game settings. Just wanted to know if it is possible to adjust the speed of the game, as it looks to perfection, but the game runs like a 50 FPS. the characteristics of my PC are good, so the hardware no problem, if someone teach me how to configure the frames, fps or whatever you have to configure, please respond. thank you very much and greetings community!

Tyrian is quite old, and didn't originally run at 60 FPS either. IIRC the original framerate on the Normal speed setting is something like 25 FPS. You can change the Game Speed setting in the pause menu to increase or decrease it, but this also speeds up the game. Unfortunately there's no way to make the game animation's smoother without changing the game speed.
