Cool, this forum still exists, understandably not too active though.
There seems to have been a general spike of interest in Tyrian and its soundtrack after mid-October 2013, including me, which led to another Tyrian remix available for listen and download at:

It seems Soundcloud's audio quality isn't very impressive, so I'd recommend to download the higher bitrate .ogg.

That video was quite entertaining, and your remix is impressive as usual. joneirik in the IRC channel mentioned that it has a Jazz Jackrabbit sound to it, and I agree.

Ahh, I got the title wrong, it was part 2 not 1.
Indeed I can hear the similarity to JJ now, which was it again... *listens to the mods*, yeah this one: Letni.s3m. The sequenced bass, cameo style gated snare, lead synth, and the ending & looping style. :sigh: So it's not just that I totally ripped that one sample from the tubelectric song, STOPOFF.st.
