I like it! Always nice to hear a fresh take on Tyrian songs. If you're looking for criticism, I think it'd benefit from having something in the bass range besides the kick drum. Also, the original track is pretty short, so repeating its ideas for 3:30 is a bit of a stretch - maybe an optimal remix would either be a little shorter or alternatively adding (more) own ideas to keep it interesting for that long. But don't get me wrong, it was a very enjoyable track to listen!

Hey thanks for the feedback! The bass line starts at 0:25. The chords at 0:52 are my own thing and I have other stuff too on top of the original song, but I see what you mean, it could do with more variation in the composition and more mastering too, so stay tune as I'll update with another version. Again thanks for the feedback!

Hey thanks for the feedback! The bass line starts at 0:25. Yep, I can hear the bass instrument, but only the high end of it - the bass frequencies to me seem to have only the kick drum. So I thought maybe some bass instrument there would make it even sweeter. Perhaps someone else could give it a listen and see if they agree - it could be just me. Anyway cheers!

Hmm maybe I should try to separate better the frequencies of the kick and bass and make them sit better in the mix. I'm planning to remaster it soon anyway so I might add some more stuff. I think I might replace some instruments all together since there is noise in the original 16bit OPL sound especially in the bass instruments. Cheers!
