Help for the Tyrian.hdt file

I got my hands on the xml file out of the tyrian.hdt using the weapon.py file (big thanks to zhasha for the process on IRC), and I'm stuck with the values.
What I'm asking may take a truckload of time but, I don't know which value corresponds to which weapon. And there's MANY values ! (from <weapon index="0000"> to <weapon index="030C"> !)
So, can someone help me ?

members.iinet.net.au/~vannevar/tyrian/hacking.txt has the weapon indexes you need, they're transposed though, so 00ff is actually ff00 and vice versa, etc

Sadly, Tyrian 2000 does not have a Tyrian.hdt file (only Tyrian 1.x and Tyrian 2.x have this file). So I can't use this hack. Is there an equivalent hack for Tyrian 2000?
