To be completely honest, it's a while I don't play this game anymore either. But I still check this forum ... perhaps montly, I guess.
I was actually fairly surprised some games I always considered underdogs seem to have far, far more youtube hits than this.
What's the trend in shoot-em-up nowadays?

Some popular modern ones are Geometry Wars and Beat Hazard. They have 360 degree scrolling and mouse/stylus aiming and no story.
