Tyrian. Would you pronounce it TYE-REE-UHN or TIER-EE-UHN? I've heard both, in regards to Tyrian purple die, but I'm of course referring to the game.
Or perhaps it's another way entirely? Any official word on this?

Interesting, never thought of that. Personally I'd pronounce it as TYE-REE-UHN but I don't know how "TIER-EE-UHN" would sound (English is my 2nd language).

I asked Jason Emery a while back... Hey Jason, I realize this is rather random, but it's been bugging me... What's the correct way to pronounce "Tyrian"? (or at least how do _you_ pronounce it?) --Mindless Tear-e-n Tear as in teardrop. Long e. And then 'n'. I'm aware that Tyre would probably be pronounced more like 'tire'. tahyuhr Tyrian is another matter entirely. tĭr'ē-ən As I assumed, I've been pronouncing it wrong this whole time. ;P

I think it is: tear ee un tear as in crying tears ee as in the sound you utter when saying the name of the 5th letter in the English alphabet un as in uneventful
