G'day Mindless, I currently write a blog over at www.xblah.net and was hoping to get in contact with Jason Emery about Tyrian and the chances of it coming to the Xbox Live Arcade. I've been writing articles about "What should be on the XBLA?" and Tyrian is my next topic. Unfortunately his Livejournal e-mail seems to be caput, and I asked Gamera but he said he hasn't got his recent e-mail, suggested I ask the people of OpenTyrian!  Would it be possible to give me his e-mail so I may ask some questions to the bloke? Just through PM would be fine Thanks, Rlan |

Though I do work at Amaze Entertainment now (Foundation 9) so I can be tracked down there. Hmmm, I'll check now. We're so busy at work on this latest game. The client has dropped in and a lot of internal pressure to do something great since it's probably going to be really big, but we'll see...
I know I replied to someone about Tyrian, but I'm not seeing the associated email right now. No, that was someone named Seth. Resend maybe? Or just MSN would work.

what's the project you're working on? is it tyrians sequel?
btw, tyrian is still the #1 shooter in my book. no other games like it. Once I learn how to make games, I'm going to make a game a bit like tyrian, except it takes place in the point of view of virkromod(sp?) and is in another system. It involve an evil organization called the SIK. (any abbreviation ideas?) but who is the head of microsol? javi or the captain.

Sounds like we need to make up somone to lead the microsol empire...
Brent or whatever his name was would be a crazy twist in the game plot. I'm sure we could you could pull it off if you got enough help.

And the project is probably something lame like UT2009, 2010, or UT 312525253
