Still haven't been able to reproduce it... so it may be a Windows-only bug. Unless someone else can reproduce it (or you know how to debug it) there's not much that can be done.

some issues when i go fullscreen, the game is not vertically centered and the top 1/8 of the screen is not displayed...

Vista Home premium, amd, nvidia 8800gt

That's an nVidia driver thing. They took out support for the lowest resolutions.

as of revision 835, OpenTyrian Classic has a new Christmas mode prompt (old one didn't show for people on Windows iirc)
